We are a new group formed to support families in Telfair and surrounding counties who are interested in homeschooling. The Telfair County/McRae-Helena and surrounding areas doesn't have a huge support for this approach to schooling. We are attempting to change that.

Meeting: Our play-dates are currently on hold. Once we get more families involved they will resume. We hope to also increase the frequency of our meetings and include more educational/field trip type events.

Are you seeking to connect with other friendly homeschool families? Are you searching for a safe community of inclusive homeschoolers to participate in activities, events and serve projects? SERVE Homeschool Outreach is a charitable 501c3 non-profit that is always seeking out opportunities to serve and better our community while also helping to support the homeschool community as well. We assist parents with providing a variety of ways to serve their community but also with educational experiences, outings, and end of the year celebratory events as well. Service hours are recorded throughout each year of membership, we distribute service hour certificates in May of each year. Learn more at our website.

Meeting: Weekly PE/park days as well as activities, outreaches, field trips and events throughout the year. We also have homeschool picture days, end of the year ceremony/graduation ceremonies curriculum giveaways and so much more.

Eastern Kentucky Homeschool Coop

We are a newly found homeschool coop looking foward to growing our community and forming bonds with homeschool parents and children. Right now our meeting place is indoors but once weather is better we will take it to the park! We are currently planning our first field trip! Check us out!

Laid back, all inclusive. Great way to connect with other like minded moms while also being encouraged and sharing ideas/resources. Take once a month field trips. Meet first and third friday's of each month for 1-2 hours with teacher/group led study.
