We believe that we are fully equipped to educate our children and that it is our responsibility to teach and train them. Deuteronomy 6, Proverbs 22. Drop-off Homeschool Electives Co-op
Mighty Worshipers Academy, Inc (MWA) is a Christian Homeschool Co-op that offers all required electives during the school year including Music, Art, P.E./Health, and a time of fellowship over lunch for Prek and Elementary students. The students will perform in concerts twice/year and have optional field trips throughout the year. There are qualified tutors for each subject and parents sign up to volunteer for classroom assistant shifts throughout the year. Childcare is available for children ages 0-3 during volunteer shifts.

A New School for a Different Generation
Our facility offers a place for home school students and their family to build a strong support system and community. We offer the following programs and activities for Home School Students in 6th - 12th grade:
Teen Talk - An opportunity to discuss in a group setting about topics that are important to Teens.
Debate Club - It gives students of all abilities a fun way of developing their speaking skills, critical thinking and leadership skills.
Playstation Battle - An opportunity for socialization while displaying their video game talent
Field Trips - Twice a month to different locations
Art Programs and More -- All of the above programs are free of charge with the exception of Field Trips which may include a cost of the location being visited and some art programs that require supplies.

We are a new group formed to support families in Telfair and surrounding counties who are interested in homeschooling. The Telfair County/McRae-Helena and surrounding areas doesn't have a huge support for this approach to schooling. We are attempting to change that.
Meeting: Our play-dates are currently on hold. Once we get more families involved they will resume. We hope to also increase the frequency of our meetings and include more educational/field trip type events.
