Scope provides support and encouragement to one another in our shared conviction to privately and independently educate our children at home. We edify and nurture relationships for our children and families through the sharing of current information, resources and activities.
We also provide a monthly newsletter including field trips, annual science fair, resource library, used book sale, contests and yearly conference.

Meet local homeschooling families from the Yuba-Sutter area and beyond for park days, field trips, family gatherings, and other fun activities for both kids and parents. Let's work together to make this the support group you're looking for.
Meeting: Park days are once a week, primarily in Yuba City. Field trips scheduled at least once a month.

Meeting: Hey meets twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month for Park Days from September to May, at Friendship Park in Ramada #10 next to the baseball fields under the watertower.
