Westmoreland County Homeschoolers is open to homeschoolers of all types including traditional homeschoolers, cyber schoolers, and unschoolers. If you an experienced homeschooler or just starting out and unsure how to start, please join us. This is not a religious based group, but a group focused on the socialization of our members on a regular basis. We like to get together for movie nights, game nights, field trips and more. Each activity allows socialization for both child and parent and for parents to meet and discuss matters that are important to them.

Meeting: Meets at Hot Shots Sports Arena in Mount Pleasant on Wednesdays for organized physical activity.

We are a newly formed homeschool group for teens, tweens, and kids. While there is a lot out there for younger kids, the teens seem to be under-served. Do you have a teenager being homeschooled who wants to get together with other teens? Do you have challenges or ideas on homeschooling teens and kids? Join us.

Meeting: Our group meets in the evening and on weekends in the Chalmers, IN area.

Whittier Secular Homeschoolers

Live, Love, Learn and No Judging.

Whittier Secular Homeschoolers seeks to bring parents and their children together to learn about homeschooling and the many different paths one can choose. We will meet to chat and enjoy each others company, but most of all we can all learn from each other. Open to all from beginners to the old pro's of homeschooling. If you are an unschooler, with a charter or private school, this group is all about community. I do want to stress that this is a secular group so the idea is for all walks to be able to get together with no judging of others, for this is a lesson we would like to pass down to our children. Fun field trips are planned for the summer some are free some for a fee.

Meeting: Wednesdays and Fridays at Palm Park In Whittier off of Norwalk Blvd. and Broadway on the El Rancho Side. Noon til ?? Bring: Picnic stuff, chairs, blankets and stuff for the kids.
