WVHEA provides many services to its members and others interested in homeschooling including: Standardized testing service, WVHEA newsletter, Homeschoolers Day at the Legislature and much more. WVHEA is open to everyone, regardless of religion, personal beliefs, or educational philosophy. It is a nonprofit organization run by volunteers - homeschooling parents who fit their work for WVHEA around the needs of their families.

WHO Inc. is a support group that exists for the purpose of providing service and support to home educators. We support the freedom of all homeschool families. We believe that every family has a legal and constitutional right to home educate in the State of Louisiana. WHO Inc. has Christian values, but is non-denominational. We enjoy Field trips, Performing Arts Night, Graduation Ceremony, PE, Karate Classes, Monthly Meetings, Reading Programs, etc.
