We are a mostly Christian group, however we are not affiliated with a particular denomination. Our main focus is to provide opportunities for home schooling families to interact with each other through educational and social activities, field trips, and sports. Other activities are planned on a monthly basis. The type of events and number of activities are directly related to membership involvement. Planning meetings are the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Meeting: Each Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. till 2 p.m. at Sweetwater Park in Phoenix. (Sept - May)

Encouraging West Tennessee Parents

WTHEA make every effort to bring the educational services as close to each family's home as possible, including curriculum fairs, workshops, training sessions and speakers for support groups. Our goal is to assist home schooling families any way we can. We host events such as the Curriculum Fair, Graduation, and a Used Book Sale to assist families in the education of their children. We also provide support and information where we can. Often locating resources and classes needed. We try to bring home-schoolers together for support by referring people to local support groups.
