Formed in 1990 we openly embrace diversity.

Members reflect a wide spectrum of spiritual, political, culinary, environmental, philosophical, etc. beliefs. Discussions may include - but are not limited to: field trips, tutors, classes, cultural events (plays, art exhibits, opera, dance etc). Events need not be limited to the Middle Tennessee area, but should be within a day's drive.

Meeting: Every Wednesday (weather permitting) from 1:30 pm till we decide to go home or out to dinner at Two Rivers Park in Nashville

Whiz Kidz

Happily home schooling but not always at home!

The Whiz Kidz and Co., is a support group (NOT a legal covering) for homeschooling families. We support each other in our homeschooling experiences, and meet together at least twice a month for group activities and field trips. We have begun our very own Keepers of the Faith program and we are excited about the places we will go together. Keepers at Home, is our girls group. Contenders of the Faith, is our boys group.

Meeting: First and third Friday each month with other various events scheduled.

Blue Ridge Family Unschoolers Network

Blue Ridge FUN is an inclusive support group of homeschooling families. We welcome diversity! All homeschoolers are welcome, without bias to style of homeschooling, choice of curriculum, or personal beliefs. There is no fee to join, no statement of faith, and no hierarchy. All activities are planned by various families in the group, and all families in the group may plan and/or participate as they wish. Email provides a great way for everyone in the group to organize and network for activities, fieldtrips, and co-op classes as well as ask questions, and share ideas and information.

Southwest Eclectic Homeschoolers

We welcome all.

SW Eclectic Homeschoolers invite members in the four corners area to post social, educational events or information. We are a loose community of homeschoolers and unschoolers who welcome all regardless of educational methods or religious beliefs.

The calendar is our main focus. Our goal is to have a place where local people can find other homeschoolers and unschoolers to attend their activities, thus creating a larger community for social interaction and education.
