NWACHEA exists to provide information, encouragement, and support for parents who choose to educate their children at home. NWACHEA looks for opportunities to promote the value of parents responsibly educating their own children as a viable alternative to state or private education. We are a Christian group of people from all denominations, all walks of life, all financial levels, who desire a Christian way of teaching for our children.

NW Arkansas Secular Home Schooling is a group for Northwest Arkansas residents homeschooling for nonreligious reasons. Our purpose is to support and connect secular homeschooling families in NW Arkansas. We serve as a point of contact for finding other secular homeschoolers, to plan events, share support, information, resources and more.
Meeting: We typically meet each Friday for play group, occasional field trips and events. We meet primarily in the Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville areas.
Serving: Fayetteville, Springdale, Appleby, Fayette Junction, Farmington, Greenland, Drake Field, Wheeler, Floss, Strickler, Blackburn, West Fork, Brentwood, Winslow and surrounding areas.

Unschoolers of the Ozarks
Unschoolers of the Ozarks is for radical unschoolers (and people who want to be).
Homeschoolers who use methods common in schools, such as math drills, spelling lists and field trips only on Fridays will not feel welcome here. If you "unschool, except for math", come hang out with us. You might just find yourself letting that go, too. Of course, anyone willing to wear an "Unskooled Sins Berth" t-shirt to homeschool testing day is someone we'd like to meet! Unschoolers of the Ozarks is for getting together and doing cool stuff, learning things, making friends, and nothing else.
