CHSN - Christian Homeschool Support Network of North Spokane is a support group whose goals are to encourage and help homeschool families in the Spokane area by being a source of information and a means of connecting local homeschool families together through offering fellowships, fun learning activities, as well as enriching events.

An all inclusive social group for local home and unschooling families. We are an inclusive group and embrace diversity! All people regardless of religion or beliefs are welcome to join. We are dedicated to providing fun, interesting, social and educational opportunities for homeschooling families in southwestern Washington and beyond. Most events will be held in and around the Longview/Kelso area.

Monthly meetings cover a range of topics throughout the year, from gardening to scheduling/organizing to curriculum/methods. But more importantly, our meetings are just a chance to get to know other homeschool families on Fidalgo and North Whidbey islands. Seasoned homeschool moms provide encouragement and helpful support of your homeschooling adventure. Occasional field trips for our families are also scheduled. No membership fees. Feel free to join us!
Meeting: Group meets monthly on the First (1st) Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.

Not everyone who homeschools their child(ren) has a hefty income. Some families get by on minimum wage or SSI or L&I. Maybe you drive an older vehicle or have 6+ kids. This group is an opportunity for a non-judgmental gathering of folk devoted to the idea of community, resources and support for their children and themselves. Let's focus on our wonderful kids, and help them learn to learn!
