We are a inclusive/secular group who got tired of searching for a local group where we felt like we belonged. Our goal is to create a fun atmosphere for kids and parents where we can learn, play, and grow together! If you don't feel like the average homeschooler, feel free to join us! There are no fees associated with the group, you only pay if you choose to join us on a field trip where there is a cost to attend. We look forward to getting to know you and doing the awkward shake hand/hug dance. :)

Being the Body of Christ!
We are Christians who come from different denominational backgrounds and various teaching methods. We want to encourage families that are in the midst of the homeschool journey because we know that it is not always easy, and ultimately, to encourage the hearts of parents back toward their children and the heart of the family back toward our God.
Our purpose is to meet spiritual needs through prayer, emotional needs through fellowship, and practical needs through friendship. We are not necessarily a how-to group, but if you are new to homeschooling, then our great group of loving people who are more than willing to offer advice, is a great place to start. We have various activities, field trips, and classes scheduled throughout the year. There are no membership fees. You can join our message board on yahoo groups, or you can "like" us on Facebook in order to keep up with all our events and details.

THESA is a private, non-profit home school organization. We provide Christ-centered athletic programs for homeschoolers at the high school and junior high levels. THESA is a competitive program that plays against public and private school teams. Our group is comprised of home school families from the Irving, Texas and the surrounding DFW area. It is the mission of NICHE to glorify God, by coming along side Christian home school families, offering support, social activities, field trips and academic encouragement. We are an inter-faith group, with outreach to "new" schoolers as well as "seasoned" homeschooling families.

Bear Creek Interfaith Homeschooler's Network is a loosely organized group of families who have homeschooling in common. You will find us a loving and accepting group, supporting one another. Texas Christian Home Educators is a co-op based support group. TCHE is not a school. Our goal is to provide enrichment and socialization opportunities for home schooling families and to aid parents who need help in teaching the upper level courses needed to graduate and to prepare their child for college. TCHE's mission is to disseminate information to the local home schooling community concerning other support groups, resources and businesses.
