SFBUN seeks to create and support an unschooling community in the San Francisco Bay Area. For this reason, the SFBUN Yahoo group is open only to unschooling families and homeschooling families who are exploring unschooling. We strive to create opportunities for unschooling families to play together, make new connections, develop close friendships, and enjoy the freedom of living an unschooled life.
Meeting: SFBUN meets regularly around the San Francisco Bay Area for game days, potlucks, and other fun outings and get-togethers, with an emphasis on having fun!

Families interested in the Waldorf method!
We are a group of families that have chosen to home school our children for many reasons: financial, geographical (lack of proximity to a Waldorf School) or philosophical (wanting to educate our own children, in our homes and in the company of the children's siblings). We offer activities such as crafts, lunch and a special session with a music and games teacher, play dates, and many more activities.

Think outside the box!
We are group of Waldorf inspired homeschooling families. We meet weekly for circle time, crafts, lunch and special sessions with music and game instructors (movement, bean bag exercises, music, dramatic play, and more...) We share resources, plan field trips and exchange ideas.
Meeting: Weekly each Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Serving: Forest Hill, Glenridge, Haight-Ashbury, Little Italy, Oceanview, Pacific Heights, Seacliff, Valencia Gardens and the surrounding San Francisco bay area.

Welcome Homeschoolers
Welcome All Homeschoolers!
Our purpose is to offer support, information and encouragement to homeschoolers and those interested in homeschooling. We offer a waldorf trained teacher to provide enrichment classes as well as crafts, story telling, acting, games, music, gymnastics and more. We also offer Little Lupines for children four through nine. This is a waldorf-inspired, parent cooperative for craft time.
Meeting: Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. at various parks, and Fridays for classes.
