Northwest Tucson Homeschoolers is an independent support group. We are an informal, online-based homeschooling group that serves to foster community among home educators and their children in Tucson. Activities include a year-round, weekly park day; field trips; and cooperative learning opportunities. NTH is an inclusive group, welcoming those of all races, religions, learning methodologies, and abilities.

Meeting: Meeting for year round park days on Tuesdays at Richardson Park (Fall-Spring) and James D. Kriegh Park (Summer).

Serving: Tucson, Summit, Drexel Heights, Tucson Estates, Casas Adobes, Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, Summit Vail, and surrounding communities.

Unschooling in Tucson!

This is a social group for families who are currently unschooling or moving toward unschooling. We seek to create a community of like-minded families in the Tucson area and throughout Southern Arizona. We gather for support, discussions, and get-togethers. What we all share is an active desire to move toward unschooling - to eliminate required subjects, assignments, and tests, and replace those with a stimulating, enriched environment and lots of parental support for kids in pursuing their interests and passions. We like to have fun with our kids and each other!

Welcome!

We are an inclusive group, supporting and encouraging one another as we homeschool our children. We meet once a week for PE and co-op classes, once a month for park day, and frequently in between for field trips and educational fairs. We are a Christian group striving to honor God with our lives, our relationships, and our homeschools! We have a members only online group where we stay in touch throughout the week.

Meeting: We meet at various locations surrounding I-19 & Ajo and Irvington.

Serving: Tucson, Green Valley, Vail, Benson, St. David, Sells, Willcox, Casa Grande, Oro Valley, and surrounding communities.

A wholesome homeschool group!

We encourage Christian families in thier homeschooling effort and provide children with wholesome socialization. We offer groups for all ages, including: "Sister to Sister," our moms' and dad' groups, youth group, Jr. High Girls Club, Jr. High Boys Club, and our Junior Kids Club.

Meeting: Weekly on Friday mornings

Offering many wonderful activities!

We encourage Christian families to educate their children effectively at home. CHET-NW is a strong, expanding group of families who are supportive of one another physically, educationally, and most of all, spiritually. We offer community service clubs, physical education, game days, teen groups, field trips, various co-ops between member families, and sharing information on curriculum.

Meeting: 5-6 times per year
