Group membership is by approval only, to ensure everyone's safety and privacy is respected. Members share local activities, play dates and field trips. We encourage your homeschooling questions.

Homeschoolers On the Move with Education

Providing Support and Opportunities!
As our name indicates, we are homeschoolers on the move. Our group takes at least one field trip a month. HOME also has a 4-H subgroup that meets once a month and co-op classes that meet most Fridays. We welcome all races, religions, and learning methodologies. Join our private Google discussion group.
Meeting: We meet the second Thursday of every month.

Fellowship, Encouragement and Sharing!
Our group meets on a weekly basis from Sept to June during a traditional school year. We are a community of like minded believers trying to give our children the best education possible. RVACHS offers fellowship, playtime, workshops, game days, CAT testing, various outings for the kids and field trips. Statement of faith and membership form required.
Meeting: RVACHS meets each Friday, except for holidays, at Lake Gaston Baptist Church and various places in Roanoke Rapids.
