L.I.G.H.T. is a volunteer homeschool support group in the Livingston County area made up of many families who meet regularly to provide opportunities for fellowship, encouragement, and/or activities for ourselves and our children. Our purpose is to support one another, first in our walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and secondly, in the process of home education. We hope you find this website helpful.
Meeting: Moms Breakfasts 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the first (1st) Saturday each month, at Cornerstone Evangelical Presbyterian Church on Hilton Rd. in Brighton.

Christian Homeschool Co-op and E-mail Support
HEARTH offers a christian homeschool co-op as well as e-mail list for support and encouragement. We place a priority on classes that are difficult to teach at home, such as Musical Instruction or Science Lab, or those that benefit from a large group setting, such as Physical Education. We also like classes that are fun for our students! There is no charge to join our Yahoo group. There is an annual fee to participate in the co-op.
Meeting: Co-op meets every other Monday during the "school year" at United Brethren Church on Richfield Rd, just east of Belsay.

HAACH is a nonprofit organization offering competitive sports to homeschoolers in the Livingston and surrounding areas. We currently offer Basketball and Soccer programs for all players from elementary through high school levels. Teams meet several days per week during their respective seasons.

We welcome all homeschooling families in Livingston county in Lower Michigan. We will have at least one field trip a month during the school year, a Back-to-School picnic and Mom's Night Out once a month. We have a great preschool program, kids clubs and junior high activities as well!!! This is neither a secular or religious group it is just a group of homeschooling friends who share information with one another.
