We are a family friendly network of private Christian homeschools in Johnson County choosing to provide support one to another through opportunities of fellowship. Our vision is that all CHE's activities be an opportunity to serve one another through encouragement, fellowship, and guidance. No membership fees.
Meeting: Group meets for bi-monthly family fellowship, monthly moms-dads-teens night out, field trips, community service projects, and weekly activities such as P.E. and park days.
Serving: Cleburne, Burleson, Alavarado, Keene, Itasca, Godley, Joshua, Crowley, Grandview, Rio Vista, Covington, Hillsboro and surrounding communities.

The Tree House
Waldorf-inspired enrichment group
Our group serves families with young children (currently age 4 and under) with a Waldorf-inspired curriculum (bread making, nature walks, circle times, and lots of creative play). We are Christian and especially love the way Waldorf emphasizes the sacred in every day, connection to creation, and reverence for all of life.
Meeting: Each Monday at 9:30 a.m. until Noon at Arborlawn United Methodist church near the Hulen Mall.

THESA is a private, non-profit home school organization. We provide Christ-centered athletic programs for homeschoolers at the high school and junior high levels. THESA is a competitive program that plays against public and private school teams. Our vision is a group of players/parents that exhibit a Christ-like attitude that others can see and want to know more about.

Texas Christian Home Educators is a co-op based support group. TCHE is not a school. Our goal is to provide enrichment and socialization opportunities for home schooling families and to aid parents who need help in teaching the upper level courses needed to graduate and to prepare their child for college. TCHE's mission is to disseminate information to the local home schooling community concerning other support groups, resources and businesses.
Meeting: First Baptist Church in Burleson - Co-op meets every Friday Sept. - April; Support meeting held every other month starting in August.

Counties Edge Secular Homeschoolers group was created to help connect homeschooling families in the area. My hope is that through this group we can share ideas and resources, plan get-togethers, field trips, for support and making new friends. The focus of this group is academics and socialization.
