Skylands Homeschooling Community is a support group for homeschooling families in the NJ Skylands area. Our mission is to give our children and ourselves the opportunity to share ideas, friendships and educational activities. While we do not have a formal meeting time, we generally meet once per month for field trips, playgroups, park days, and educational activities. We are all-inclusive and parent-run.
Meeting: Times and locations vary.

Kids' Homeschool Network
Make New Friends!
The Kids' Homeschool Network meets weekly on Thursdays and Fridays and offers a variety of opportunities for homeschoolers to learn and grow educationally and socially. Recent activities include: classes and clubs in accounting, writing, history, geography, Chinese, Shakespeare, karate, sign language, engineering, web design, robotics, and more. Annual activities include: field day, a talent show, archaeological dig, holiday parties, and family dances. We are all-inclusive and parent-run.
Meeting: Optional classes and enrichment activities every Thursday and Friday in Flemington, New Jersey.
Serving: Flemington, Raritan, Clinton, Thachers Hill, Holcomb Mills and surrounding areas.

Masterpieces & His Story Through Art
Arts and Crafts!
Masterpieces - Study the life and times of a Master, then do artwork in that style. Each week "meet" a new Master. Mixed media. Ages 8 and up.
His Story Through Art - Study art history from cave paintings through Modern Art. History is from a Christian worldview. Mixed media. Ages 9 and up.
Meeting: Masterpieces meet each Monday - 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.; His Story Through Art meets Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Shakespeare Reading Group
Attention High School Students!
The Shakespeare Reading Group is reading aloud the Shakespearean Classics. Join us as we work through the classics such as Julius Caesar, Romeo & Juliet and Midsummer's Night Dream. Participate in discussions and a question and answer session. Geared for high school level, though middle schoolers are welcome.
Meeting: Each Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Serving: Bloomsbury, Swinesburg, Kennedy Mills and the surrounding area.
