Our members hold monthly meetings, park days, and field trip activities in which we share support and information pertaining to our families growth outside institutionalized educational settings. Families of all faiths, philosophies, and perspectives are welcome. Meet other families and join fun field trips.

Providing support and encouragement!

SETHSA is a non-profit, Christian service organization established to minister to the home-schooling community in the greater Houston and southeast Texas area. SETHSA is dedicated to the rights of parents to choose the type of education which is best for their children. We help connect homeschooling families with the local homeschool community, support groups, co-ops, graduation events, sport organizations, bands, choirs, robotic clubs, 4-H, and a variety of educational class providers.

Garden Oaks Homeschool Support Group
(GOHSSG)

Meeting Social & Homeschooling Needs!

GOHSSG seeks to strengthen relationships among home schooling families and to support new home schoolers. We provide help and encouragement, where we can share and receive support through the struggles and joys of homeschooling as well as provide educational opportunities for our children. Join us for field trips, co-op classes, special events, holiday parties, award presentations, coffee clubs, park days, talent shows, monthly meetings and more.

Meeting: We meet at 7:00 p.m., the 4th Monday each month at the Garden Oaks Baptist Church, 3206 N. Shepherd Dr., Houston.

Learning Adventures of Fort Bend
(LAF)

Learning is a Blast!

LAF meets regularly for the purpose of providing fun and creative activities so our children can celebrate the adventures of learning and exploring their world together. We are an inclusive homeschool coop in Fort Bend County.

Meeting: We meet for park days 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays. We also have many more activities.
