Supporting diverse families!

L.E.A.R.N. offers monthly support group meetings for new or struggling homeschoolers. Reunion, a picnic for families who have been part of L.E.A.R.N. in the past, or anyone who is currently homeschooling.

Midwest Parent Educators
(MPE)

An active group!

In an attempt to restore the warmth and friendliness of a small group, the formation of cluster groups was implemented. Cluster groups are, in essence, small support groups within the larger structure of MPE. Group members plan field trips and other group activities; these activities provide opportunities for both parents and children to build relationships. Members of MPE receive nine issues of, "The Parent Educator," each year. Each issue contains news of events, classes, and activities of interest to homeschoolers.

Meeting: Come fellowship at Mimi's Cafe next to Oak Park Mall at 6:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday evening of every month.
