Homeschoolers of Alpharetta is a ministry of Alpharetta First United Methodist Church upholding the Christian lifestyle and beliefs. We welcome families who do not currently share our faith. Our purpose is to encourage and support all homeschooling families within our community We provide field trip opportunities, play dates, child enrichment days, classes and various events.
Meeting: Park days are held each Tuesday in the Alpharetta area.

F.I.S.H. stands for Fellowship In Schooling at Home; A support group for Homeschooling families in the North Atlanta Metro area. We are a Christian group of families seeking to glorify God! We desire to give our children the best opportunities to experience spiritual transformation and a Christ centered education! This is a great place to meet like minded friends and share in the journey of training up our children in the way they should go!
Meeting: We offer occasional gathering opportunities for fellowship and information. Any member is welcome to arrange field trips, meetings and play dates as they wish.

Supporting Catholic families in homeschooling!
We coordinate a variety of activities throughout the year including a monthly support meeting for homeschooling mothers. The aim of our group is to provide a network of communications for community events, curriculum fairs and activities of interest to homeschooling families. By involving other families of C.H.A.N.G.E. in our learning process, we have the opportunity to foster a spirit of community. We encourage and support active participation in our various parish ministries to further develop our Faith.
