Midtown Homeschool Support Group

Educating our children from the heart!

Midtown Homeschool Support Group is a non-profit community support group for homeschooling families. We are an eclectic group who embrace diversity! All people, regardless of religion, race, or beliefs are welcome to join. We are an all inclusive group and enjoy the diversity of ideas, events, and experiences for our children.

Meeting: Monthly meetings are held the third (3rd) Friday of the month (except for Nov. and Dec.), at Life Center, 2400 Union Avenue, Room 107.

Encouraging one another in the homeschooling journey!

We exist to glorify God first in all that we say and do. Our goal is to equip all new homeschooling families with any information needed, provide activities for our kids to interact with one another and encourage and support each other as we travel through this homeschooling journey together.

Meeting: We meet at Collierville First Baptist Church from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on the 1st Thursday of each month.

Bartlett - Wolfchase Homeschool Support Group

Bringing awareness to homeschooling families!

We seek to encourage you in your homeschooling endeavors by offering once a month meetings at which we plan activities for the upcoming month, disseminate information about opportunities in the community, and meet with other parents for encouragement and exchange of ideas and techniques. Activities offered by our group include field trips, holiday parties, President's challenge, and end of the year achievement testing.

Meeting: Meet the 1st Tuesday from August to May at 6:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 3755 N. Germantown Road in Bartlett.

Supporting Catholic Homeschoolers!

BSHG is a dynamic group that has grown, by leaps and bounds since 1992. We are dedicated to the education of our children based on the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. In the spirit of ecumenism, we welcome families of other faiths who are respectful of our Catholic Beliefs.

Meeting: On the First Friday of each month (September through May), we gather as a group for Mass, followed by classes and activities. Annual Conference.

We are a non-denominational, inclusive homeschool support group. We offer opportunities for homeschooling families in Tipton County to connect and support one another. We seek to keep the group informed of any pertinent homeschool current events such as seminars, conferences, and legal issues.

Membership in Tipton HEART is open to anyone who is currently homeschooling or plans to homeschool in the near future. Group sponsored by Memphis-area Home Education Association (MHEA).

Meeting: Monthly Moms’ Dinner held second Thursday of the month from 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

We are a community of homeschoolers whose goal is to develop relationships through homeschooling, but more importantly, deepening friendships that go beyond homeschooling. We are more than just homeschoolers and the purpose of this group is to be a support in all areas. The name OBLIQUEducators means: Olive Branch Learning, Interactive, Quality, Unique Educators. "Oblique" also refers to a complete circle with no beginning or end. This symbolizes that education at home is not limited to certain times, places, or activities, but is a complete lifestyle.
